I made a concise and straightforward guide without 10 minutes of sponsor intros or outros, complete with images showing where to stand.
You can literally bring any build as this boss doesnt need big damage. I don’t have gold armors or even gun attachment and only using steel ammo and I don’t use any double jump or springy leg or flying potion ^^
Boss is easier to do solo!

A lot of people are having trouble with the arbiters part, I recommend to bring a wolf deviant to distract the arbiter while you take out the 4 flying adds in the air, jelly is not needed since you won’t get hit by his sweep with this method.
